Family Owned and Operated Since 2005
- Founded in 2005 to provide process piping as a military construction contractor, Atlantic Pacific Standard provides General Engineering and General Construction as well as self-performance of structural steel, drywall, concrete (demo/placement), process piping, excavation and fabrication, chiller and boiler installation, large-scale shut down management, and project consulting/supervision services for government, private, and industrial applications. APS is a licensed, bonded, fully insured company providing national prime and subcontractor services.

About Richard Otero

Company founder and President Richard Otero has a strong background in general construction, process piping, welding, and management, with oversight experience in Large Civil, Central Plants and Air Traffic Control Towers. Having completed a plumbing apprenticeship prior to a Union Local 741 Apprenticeship and working years on the road as a Steamfitter/Welder, Education in Drafting and Design drew his attention. He has worked as a Superintendent and QC Manager for Government Contractors providing high-quality management and consulting services.
